Step 1: By email, web-meeting or telephone discussions we establish your needs:
Is the test method for product development or quality control?
Is the method for currently-owned test equipment or is there budget for new equipment purchases?
What is the technical skill level of the instrument users?
Step 2: With your supplied samples we will develop test methods and perform initial validation, repeatability and reproducibility testing.
Step 3: Following the method development work an on-site visit or a web-meeting is arranged in which the developed methods and recommendations are presented.
Step 4: Full training and ongoing support is then provided to ensure the methods are implemented effectively.
